Robinhood Ventures Fund I Confirms New Investments 

Robinhood Ventures Fund I (NYSE: RVI) has confirmed new investments in Stripe and ElevenLabs, expanding its portfolio of private market holdings shortly after its debut on the New York Stock Exchange.

The fund, which began trading on March 6, 2026 under the ticker RVI, represents the first offering from Robinhood Ventures aimed at giving retail investors exposure to privately held companies.

Sarah Pinto, President of Robinhood Ventures Fund I, said the additions align with the fund’s focus on companies operating at the intersection of financial technology and artificial intelligence. She noted that both firms are contributing to developments in their respective sectors while expanding access for everyday investors.

On March 9, 2026, the fund acquired $14.57 million worth of Class B common stock in Stripe through secondary transactions. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in South San Francisco and Dublin, Stripe provides programmable financial services to businesses ranging from startups to large public firms. Its product suite includes tools for payments, revenue management, and financial operations.

A few days later, on March 12, 2026, the fund invested nearly $20 million in ElevenLabs through a primary purchase of Series D preferred stock. Based in London and founded in 2022, ElevenLabs develops artificial intelligence tools focused on audio and voice generation. Its offerings include platforms for deploying conversational agents, generating multilingual media content, and integrating AI voice capabilities into applications.

Robinhood Ventures Fund I operates as a closed-end structure, offering a concentrated portfolio of private companies. Its current holdings include firms such as Databricks, Revolut, and Ramp, with additional investments expected over time.

The fund is structured without accreditation requirements or minimum investment thresholds, and it applies a management fee without performance-based charges, positioning it as an alternative route for broader participation in private markets.
