P10 has announced the opening of a new office in Dubai, located within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The new office has a license by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and marks a further step in P10’s ongoing engagement with the United Arab Emirates, as the firm continues to support clients across the Middle East.
The Dubai office places P10 within one of the region’s most established financial districts and allows the firm to operate under the DFSA’s regulatory framework. This structure is going to support closer collaboration with regional clients, including asset managers, institutional investors, and other market participants active in private equity, private credit, and venture capital. By operating from the DIFC, P10 aims to strengthen its ability to deliver local insight while remaining aligned with international regulatory standards.

He noted that a physical presence in the DIFC reinforces P10’s focus on the UAE and the wider Middle East, highlighting the country’s role in building a diversified economy and a globally connected financial sector. According to Sarsfield, the firm views the region as an important destination for long-term investment activity.
Sarita Jairath, Global Head of Client Solutions at P10, added that establishing operations in Dubai positions the company within a fast-developing financial environment. She pointed to Dubai’s investment in infrastructure and its focus on attracting global capital as factors that continue to draw international firms to the market. Jairath stated that P10 has expanded its regional resources to support existing relationships while engaging with new clients across the Middle East.
The new office is expected to serve as a regional base for client service, business development, and partnership management. As demand for private market solutions continues across the Gulf region, P10’s presence in Dubai is ready to play a role in supporting investors seeking access, reporting, and operational support within private markets.
