iSAM Securities has integrated its Apex multi-asset broker platform with Crossover Markets’ CROSSx institutional digital asset electronic communication network (ECN), expanding cryptocurrency liquidity access for brokers.
The integration connects Apex users to CROSSx through its low-latency technology infrastructure, allowing brokers to access an additional institutional venue alongside iSAM Securities’ existing liquidity provider network.
Designed for institutional digital asset trading, CROSSx offers matching times of less than 10 microseconds from order to acknowledgement. Its execution-only model separates credit, custody and liquidity, providing participants with greater flexibility in managing liquidity arrangements and counterparty relationships.
iSAM Securities Integrates Apex Platform with Crossover Markets’ CROSSx ECN
Through the integration, Apex users can incorporate CROSSx liquidity into their digital asset pricing strategies. Brokers can configure how different levels of a venue’s order book contribute to client pricing, using volume-weighted average price (VWAP) or worst-in-range pricing methodologies. These settings can be adjusted in real time, giving brokers greater control over how institutional liquidity translates into prices for their contracts for difference (CFDs).
Anthony Mazzarese, Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Crossover Markets, said FX and CFD brokers are increasingly hedging cryptocurrency CFD exposure in the underlying spot market. He highlighted CROSSx’s low-latency market data as a source of reliable price discovery, helping brokers identify accurate mid-prices without the pricing distortions associated with CFD liquidity providers.
Mazzarese added that spot-market hedging can help brokers reduce execution costs and offset positions before settlement. He also welcomed the partnership, which distributes CROSSx pricing through Apex’s infrastructure and tools designed for retail brokers.
Apex combines dedicated physical infrastructure, optimised network design, CPU pinning and low-latency system architecture to deliver pricing from connected liquidity providers. The integration will give major CFD brokers access to CROSSx without requiring additional technical development, while retaining Apex’s configurable execution settings and pricing aggregation tools.
Also, the move supports iSAM Securities’ broader goal of helping brokers manage risk, protect profitability and deliver reliable execution. It follows recent improvements to Radar’s Network Alerts, which now visualise offsetting positions held by linked accounts across brokers within the Radar network.
The CROSSx integration is now available to brokers using iSAM Securities’ Apex platform.
